These courses are oriented towards senior management and facilities managers to raise the level of awareness of design issues across an organisation. They provide opportunities to review an organisation's approach to building, associated strategic planning and the development of management procedures. We have carried out this form of training with aged care providers. For example, one seminar reviewed the way an organisation was planning and using buildings.
